Consumer Health Data Privacy

Last updated: June 24, 2026

This notice describes how calivue treats "consumer health data" and is provided in the spirit of the Washington My Health My Data Act (MHMDA) and similar consumer-health-privacy laws. It applies to everyone who uses calivue.

The short version

calivue's tools run entirely in your browser. Any health-related information you enter — weight, body measurements, body-fat estimates, goals, training inputs — is used only on your device to compute your results. We do not collect, receive, store on our servers, use, share, or sell your consumer health data, because it never leaves your device.

What this means

  • No collection: we operate no server or account that receives your health inputs.
  • On-device only: anything you save is stored in your own browser and is deleted when you clear your site data.
  • No sharing or sale: we have no consumer health data to share with, or sell to, any third party.
  • No targeted advertising based on your health data.

If this ever changes

If we introduce any feature that would collect, process, or share data that could reveal health information (for example, certain analytics or advertising), we will update this notice and obtain your consent before doing so, as required by applicable law.

Your rights

Applicable laws may give you rights to access, delete, or withdraw consent for consumer health data. Because we hold none, there is nothing for us to access or delete on our side — you control all of your data locally in your browser. If you have a request or question, contact us at[email protected] or via ourContact page.
